We strongly encourage guests to use Uber, Lyft, or taxi services, as parking in downtown Miami is limited and can be expensive.
If you choose to drive, please arrive no later than 5:00 pm ET. Limited self-parking is available at the Hyatt Regency Miami, and additional parking is available at the Miami Convention Center Garage, which is connected to the Hyatt.
Volunteers with signage will be stationed throughout the Hyatt and the surrounding area to guide guests from the parking garage to the yacht entrance.

Guests using a rideshare service should arrive by 5:30 pm ET.
Guests who are driving and parking their own vehicle should arrive by 5:00 pm ET to allow extra time for valet parking or walking from the self-parking garage to the boarding area.

Upon arrival, guests will check in, have their photo taken, and be guided to the boarding area.
Boarding begins promptly at 6:00 pm ET, and all guests must be on board by 6:30 pm.
