Youth Advisory Leadership Council

YES Institute offers a youth program that provides young people the opportunity to grow and enhance their leadership and communication skills. The Youth Advisory Leadership Council (YALC) is a program for youth (ages 13-21) to interact with others who share similar experiences, and to support and hold one another accountable.
