Our team is grateful to receive requests from companies who recognize challenges as opportunities for expansion. Recently we were invited by Kaufman Rossin to facilitate an open discussion on gender and orientation in their workplace.

Over the past couple of years, YES Institute has been requested to lead diversity, equity, inclusivity, and accessibility training for the staff of many different organizations, with the purpose of strengthening internal workplace culture, deepening employee relationships, and increasing customer satisfaction.

Over the course of the Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend, attendees create a sense of community with one another as they bravely and vulnerably open up about themselves and confront aspects of their own communication that may be holding them back.

According to the Violence Project, 98% of mass shooters over the last 50 years have been men, and at least 53% of them have been white men.
