Principals, teachers, and administrators from a private school in Minnesota traveled to Miami to experience Communication Solutions™ firsthand. National non-profit leaders and board members of various organizations sought out tools to better communicate with their staff, team, and community at large. Therapists wanted to refresh their skills and provide more resources to their clients.

When a communication breakdown occurs, YES Institute sees that as an opportunity to transform misunderstandings and deepen connection in any relationship. This is course is being delivered in person in January, 2024. There is no better time to sharpen your communication skills!

How does a workplace create a welcoming culture that inspires and increases the bottom line? 

From global business conference workshops to hospitality trainings, our team is digging deep into diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.

Trevor Day School, in Manhattan, New York specifically sought out YES Institute’s model of communication and education on gender to engage their entire school community including parents, faculty, alumni, board of trustees and students from kindergarten thru 12th grade.

Our team offers referrals to trusted medical and mental health providers, connects parents to one another, facilitates a Youth Advisory Leadership Council, and oftentimes we are a community space for families to know they are not alone. Thanks to the Local Impact Grant, YES Institute will continue to provide supportive resources for families in need. The mental health needs of our community’s youth have been skyrocketing in the past year.
