DESCRIPTION
Join us for an engaging workshop exploring multifaceted dimensions of well-being. This interactive session will provide participants with awareness, knowledge, and tools to enhance self-directed well-being goals. The session includes powerful discussions, self-reflection activities, experiential exercises and a take-home action plan. Distinctions from YES Institute’s Communication Solutions™ and Leadership in Action courses along with practical application examples are also included. The practices and frameworks highlighted in this session are research-based and derive from leadership, coaching, mindfulness, and personal effectiveness disciplines.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Learn and review the essentials of well-being and research on belonging.
- Identify and re-contextualize negative or limiting beliefs impacting your well-being goals fulfillment.
- Compare and assess research-based techniques to transform habits in your personal and/or professional life.
- Design and create an action plan and supportive structures for fulfilling your goals using the “SMART” framework that inspire and motivate you.
- Be able to refer to local resources to support you on your well-being journey.

This workshop is ideal for anyone interested in learning about well-being and goal fulfillment, including individuals, parents, young adults, workplace employees, and community leaders.
