DESCRIPTION

Join us for an engaging workshop exploring multifaceted dimensions of well-being. This interactive session will provide participants with awareness, knowledge, and tools to enhance self-directed well-being goals. The session includes powerful discussions, self-reflection activities, experiential exercises and a take-home action plan. Distinctions from YES Institute’s Communication Solutions™ and Leadership in Action courses along with practical application examples are also included. The practices and frameworks highlighted in this session are research-based and derive from leadership, coaching, mindfulness, and personal effectiveness disciplines. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES 

  1. Learn and review the essentials of well-being and research on belonging. 
  2. Identify and re-contextualize negative or limiting beliefs impacting your well-being goals fulfillment.
  3. Compare and assess research-based techniques to transform habits in your personal and/or professional life. 
  4. Design and create an action plan and supportive structures for fulfilling your goals using the “SMART” framework that inspire and motivate you. 
  5. Be able to refer to local resources to support you on your well-being journey.
