Our education team is leading courageous conversations all across Southern Florida.

Last month, we were invited into several West Palm Beach Schools to speak to students, faculty and staff, and parents on gender, orientation, unconscious bias, and bullying prevention. Participants walked away with tools to meaningfully engage with students and create safe spaces for all children.

Teachers shared that they learned “how to educate the bully instead of cancelling them” and that our dialogues “opened [their] eyes to labeling and unconscious bias.”

As one of our participants shared, “having uncomfortable conversations is the most important thing you can do.”
