YES Institute is proud to announce the relaunch of the Pink Flamingo Hospitality Certification Program, in partnership with the Miami-Dade LGBTQ+ & Allied Chamber of Commerce. After a pause, the program is back. We are excited to bring this work to more hospitality and destination spaces across South Florida.

The Pink Flamingo program equips hospitality professionals with the tools and knowledge to create welcoming environments for guests and their families with gender and orientation experiences. Through our work, participating properties gain practical training and a certification that signals to every visitor, “Welcome! You belong here.”

We are thrilled to share that The Carillon Miami Wellness Resort was the first property to receive a session in this relaunched chapter of the program. Their commitment to ensuring that every guest is seen, valued, and warmly received reflects the spirit of belonging that this initiative was designed to create.
