These are just a few responses the gay and lesbian couples gave to our youth interns when being interviewed about their lives.
Our youth interns, Nikolas, Neptune, Felix, and Victorino, heard stories from fifteen gay and lesbian couples who courageously shared painful, heartfelt, and joyful moments of being in love.
The Legacy Couples Project: 400+ Years of LGBTQ Love Exhibit will open in April 2022. This intergenerational project is sponsored by AARP and the Florida Humanities Project and put together by Miami Beach Pride and the History Miami Museum.
