“Leadership isn’t a position, it’s action!” – United Way Participant

United Way C.A.I.T. coaches and Early Learning Center managers joined our education team for a bold conversation during our Leadership in Action™ course.

YES Institute’s unique approach gave the participants distinctions and methods to get themselves unstuck from their overwhelm and into something that creates possibilities – PURPOSE.

Participants engaged in a deep conversation that led them to identify areas where they could easily implement their own change. Individuals shared their breakthroughs of recognizing their leadership beyond their title, making requests where they didn’t see opportunity before, and communicating frequently and responsibly.

As one of our YES Facilitators, TJ, shared, “In your own sphere of influence, this is the power and choice you have in your leadership.”
