Leadership in Action 2-Hour Version

DESCRIPTION

Join us for an engaging and transformative workshop designed to explore the multifaceted dimensions of leadership. This interactive session will provide participants with practical tools and insights, and includes experiential exercises and take-aways. Adaptations of practices for wellness with members of marginalized groups and communities will also be explored. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES 

  1. Identify Leadership self-evaluation 
  2. Categorize, measure, and compare dimensions of well-being and potential growth opportunities, using a self-reflection survey, for a work-related and/or personal life growth opportunity. 
  3. Examine limiting beliefs about being in action with leadership and self-accomplishment goals. 
  4. Design and create an action plan and supportive structures for fulfilling your goals using the “SMART” framework that inspire and motivate you. 
  5. Compare and experiment with research-based leadership practices.
